How can I request them?
To borrow the books, you must book them in advance from the Catalogue. In this video we show you how to book a document. Please, note that you must collect the books at the campus CRAI where you booked them.
When can I pick them up?
You will receive an email confirming that your reservation has already been processed and indicating the opening hours and days of the CRAI where you must collect them.
Remember that only documents that have been booked in advance will be borrow and that you can't go to the CRAI without having received an email confirmation.
Where should I go?
At the campus CRAI where you made the reservation there will be a space at the entrance to ensure all security measures. Hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., but not all campus CRAIs will be open daily. Check opening hours and days.
How many copies can I borrow?
The number of copies is the usual, you can check it in the Regulation.
What documents can I borrow?
All books and audiovisual materials (videos, DVDs, CDs, etc.) that have the “Book” button active in the URV Catalog.
Until I can borrow them?
To avoid travel, all loans have been renewed until September 15, 2020.
What documents can I return?
You can return the documents you borrowed, depositing them in the boxes that we have enabled at the entrance of the CRAI. These documents must be quarantined for 14 days, with a final return at the end of this period.
Of which documents can I request a copy?
You can request copies of book chapters and paper journal articles that are available at the CRAI. We will send them scanned by email. To comply with current legislation, only 10% of a book or article in a journal may be scanned for teaching and research purposes.
How can I request it?
You must use the Interlibrary Loan form. If you have not used the service before, you will need to register for the first time. You will receive an email with the confirmation of registration and you will be able to use the form.
